"The actual gutter cleaning itself was top notch. When the cleaners left, they put a message on my door indicating that I have an issue with my roof. I called customer service and was greeted by a high-pressure salesman. They wanted to spray my roof down with a cleaner for $650 to "control organic matter buildup". I almost laughed at the salesman. I live in the Southeastern Forest. Organic matter... really? This felt too much like an attempt at a money grab. Their customer service is nice enough but their aggressive sales tactics are a turn off. I will look for smaller businesses in the future."

"Eager to solve the problem pest"

"This company is very helpful, with pinpoint accuracy, in implementing the services that it needs to solve customers' problems. The company also helped me see how I was getting ripped off in other areas by other companies, including termite damage that had never actually occurred. I particularly have Walt to thank for this, because he was the one who showed me what problems the house actually had, amomg which termites were just not it."

"Veteran Pest was 80% less expensive than the next quote and they were 100% more responsive and professional! Work is fantastic!"

"Due to the pandemic only outside pest control was carried out. Carpenter ants, spiders and such were addressed. I have a yearly plan. I have had their fabulous service for at least 6 years. This is the first time they didn’t treat indoor space but in the past they could be very thorough using essential oils that had a pleasant smell that dissipates and does the job extremely well. It is safe for humans and pets alike. Their service people from arranging an appointment to the professional who does the actual service are excellent."

"Got rid of my roach infestation! Best pest control service ever!"

"I had talked to another pest control company and assumed I set up a date for them to come. I did not hear from them and we had already cleaned out the cabinets in preparation for them so when Robert of Emerald Pest control called I asked him if he could come. He did even though the day was snowy. He did a good job and remembered everything I told him about the bugs. He is due to come back in a month to continue the work. He is experienced and just started his own company but I think he is great."
