Jake is a fraud he delayed my entire project by three months. he was hired to make plans for project and give us kid drawings with pencils and crayons with all stains on them. delayed our project for over 3 months in over 20k in damages . and this man is nasty just takes money and hangs up . the city inspectora even laughed when we submitted his plans . "They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"
