"I hired Kloock's Electric to install a television antenna. They came out to do an estimate and we discussed equipment options. I decided on an antenna and amplifier and requested that they install the antenna strapped to a chimney. I received a quote for the work and equipment costs. They ordered the equipment and came out to install it when the equipment arrived. The install went well, and it was apparent that the installer had done this before. They were professional and courteous."

He installed a ceiling chandelier, repaired a kitchen ceiling light, troubleshot a bathroom fan and removed/replaced a broken light in my wine cellar. All work performed to my satisfaction. I would certainly hire again. As a matter of fact, he will be doing work for my sister soon!"

"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."
