I wanted a hot water heater with heat pump that would be eligible for a $750 rebate thru Energize CT. Fred was not familiar with the program, but made a few calls to gather info, called me to discuss and then ordered the unit which was delivered later that day. Unit was installed next morning. The pricing was not inexpensive, but it rarely is for a licensed, bonded, insured company using professional grade materials (not the cheap big box store cabling). These guys did the work right and when you re dealing with something as dangerous as natural gas you can t afford a company that makes mistakes.
