"It was odd. Derek replaced an outside door for us and it went well. He then committed and bid on doing our bathroom but he did not show up on the day he was supposed to come. He did not answer calls after this or texts. It was strange. He seemed okay and communicated well but after starting installation of a bathroom fan he seemed to get overwhelmed and never contacted either my husband or I again."

He then becomes overwhelmed faced with fixing everything from using rusting fencing to building in an air ventilator askew so its not facing the window. Then he finally takes the money and runs. Telling you he will come and fix it next week.... Meanwhile I had to get his hacked workmanship fixed properly by others."
