"Don and I corresponded by email to set up the appointment date. We were having a problem with banging pipes under the house when we ran the dishwasher. He showed up promptly at the appointment time. We talked for a few minutes. He told me it could be several items which could cause the problem and he wanted to eliminate the simplest ones first. He checked the exterior water regulator and it was working properly. He installed the water hammer arrester and it functioned perfectly. It is so nice not to have that clanging and banging to listen to when the dishwasher is running. He is tops in our opinions. He is also friendly and personable and kind."
