"John called back like his voicemail message states. He said he would call an hour before he came on a certain date. He came about an hour or so later than what he said he would. He checked out the dryer, testing different elements of it and then identified the problem. Fixed it, tested it again and it was heating again. It's running better than it ever has in the 7+ years we've had the dryer. He was polite, happy to explain what he thought was the problem, explained how he figured the problem out and then how he fixed it. He cleaned up after himself and you wouldn't have known he had been there. He was at our house for about 2.5 hours total and we paid him $120 for fixing our dryer. I think it was a good price for getting our dryer fixed, which will hopefully last several more years."
