"Scheduling with this company was a hassle. HomeAdvisor needs to improve its coordination with the companies they recommend. When I scheduled my first appointment for Friday morning, it was changed within an hour to 9:30 PM the following Monday night! Obviously, that wasnt going to work. When I called the company directly, the man seemed very confused. But when he did finally arrive, he and his assistant did a very good job replacing the entire garage door system...and left a clean job site. They were very professional."

"Do not work with these people. They come out and recommend replacement of all the springs on the door, plus replaceing all the bearing wheels. When you don't go along with their recommendations they roll all the costs into the work that you are having done. In this case, one spring and installation, $450. Got it done by another company for half of that, $210. Called them to complain, their excuse was they are a bigger company and their prices are higher. The customer should not have to pay for their company being bigger. Very, very, disappointed in their approach and professionalism."
