"Michael Kuretich thoroughly tested the inside and outside of the house for lead paint. He took many samples from linoleum glue (black tar) on different surfaces and had them tested for asbestos. He came back a few times and tested the air after the removal of lead-containing bathroom tiles and flooring that contained asbestos in the glue. He did not charge me for one of his visits and inspections. His price is really fair while maintaining quality. He is knowledgeable ang gives sound advice. I used one of the companies he recommended for lead and asbestos removal and I was very happy with their work as well.
Another company listed with Angie's List wanted much more for the same service. When I asked why, he said that is the price for and quot;wall-to- wall testing.and quot; Please watch out for crooks.
I highly recommend him.

"I thought the job was very well done.  They explained the cost before starting and did a great job!  But, didnot inform me that there was a minimum charge of $249 until after they itemized the price for each item;  I ended up paying an extra $54 which could have been applied towards more vents to clean.  However,   I am very pleased with the work done.  Our heater motor really needed to be cleaned well as was done.  I was just disappointed they did not tell me about a minimum charge of $245 after telling me each detailed cost of each type of service.  Be sure to get a clear written quote before starting your job.  I was also not offered the 5% or given the discount for using angieslist.com.   I will consider another company next time."

I am pleased to give Venetian Builders, a family-owned construction company, my rating of “excellent” in their completion of my kitchen renovation. "the price was negotiable, was a little over my budget but for the quality of the work. I can see why it was the price it was. I have to keep in mind my house isn't not small, so they square footage that is already existing PLUS the addition, made it a lot bigger. I like that the workers were here constantly. Even through out inspections, once it was passed they continued to work. The foreman was also great and would constantly inform me about the stages that were going to come next. As far as the office, i cannot complain. Any concerns i had were resolved right away, and I had constant communication from the coordinator and the accounting side, along with a young lady that would come every week to check up and make sure the job was being ran properly.

"Let me start by saying I am very picky on who works on my house. With that said my process is the following: I go on ALL review websites, call and set appointments on here for 3 business. From there I pick on professionalism. and of course price. I met with Attic guys, Attic Masters and finally Attic Five Stars. All came with their A game on the initial quote what set them all apart was Virginia and Marlon. Virginia is knowledgeable and walked me through the process of what company was all about. From there Marlon showed up on time for the appointment and walked me through the whole job and provided a great price, I was pleased but not yet closed from there Virginia called and stated she wanted my business and reassured me that i would be happy and the fact that no other company followed up was the closing factor for me. Virginia and Marlon great job on my attic and will be call you for insulation for the garage."
