Old pea gravel was removed and replaced with a stone walkway and numerous other plants were installed, as well as top soil and mulch put down. I wasn’t at hope the first couple of days when the project finished, so Ray came by to water everything. After payment was rendered, he came back to make some small adjustments to account for water drainage after the 8 inches of rain fell in one day. "I called them out to do a repair on the master bathroom toilet. It took them two days to figure out what was wrong when they did they had to redo some plumbing to the septic system in the process of doing that they removed an 1 1/2 line to my aerator system. This is a rental property, so I didn?t notice that it was removed for several months. It took me over a week and a half of constantly leaving messages for their office manager Todd to actually return my phone calls. Now they are denying removing the piping for my aerator when it was clearly there and working before they came and installed the new plumbing. Between the poor customer service and a technician that is clearly lying I will never use them again Yes you sent two employees out after. One gave me another estimate and the second one which I was there with him agreed that the new piping they installed was right where the piping for the Aerator was. I?m guessing someone came in the back yard and removed it and also unplugged"
