"My handyman recommended Aldefer glass as I need to replace the glass in my shower since it was an unusual size. When they were here to measure they mentioned they also could replace my kitchen windows. I was excited, one stop shopping. Well it’s two different departments... They had to come back and remeasure the windows, Another 2 week wait. They would not order until I gave them a 50% deposit (which is OK). They told me it would be 2 wks to get the glass then approx 2 weeks to install. I had to call numerous times to see if windows had arrived and schedule install. Bottomline my 4 wk anticipated install was over 2 months, then the middle glass in the tempered shower shattered during install ( 2 phone calls and 4 Additional weeks later shower complete). Kitchen windows still not right. Flys keep getting stuck between window and screen so I can’t open 2 of 6 windows in my kitchen. Terrible customer service. I have several more windows that I need to replace, they will not get my business. Truly awful experience."

"I renovated a bathroom and my contractor suggested I have Glenside Glass come out and install my shower doors. My contractor has used them several times and been happy with their work. I had someone who had been with the company for 30 year come out on a Wednesday and said I will have my quote by Friday. I wanted to get this moving as it takes about 4-6 weeks to get everything ordered since it was custom. Friday passed with no quote. I get it, Covid and being busy I decided to be patient. I called the following week and was told we will get right back to you.....nothing. A second week passed and I call again and nothing. I can't even get someone to call me back to let me know why a quote that was supposed to take 2 days is now going into 3 weeks. I am sure they do fine work, but they obviously do not value people enough to call them back. I now have to find someone else and wasted almost 3 weeks trying to be patient for this business. Just be warned, they will not value your time or have the decency to simply call and say they are backed up."

"STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THEM!!! Where do I begin? I’ll just stick with the main issue in that I had a drip coming from the shower. I called Michael and sons. They damaged my shower trim kit from the tools they used to remove the handle. After that, they didn’t identify the proper shower cartridge for my shower. They told me it was Kohler and that they didn’t have the part. Spent over 3 hours looking for the part, and was unsuccessful in finding it. I got back home, looked at the shower trim kit (based off advice we got at Ferguson) to see if we could identify who the manufactured was and it was a DANZE. Why didn’t their plumber do that!? Just be careful when using them as they have been very rude and shady towards me when coming to a resolution for them messing up. Contact me if you wish to see communication from me and them regarding the issue"
