"Alan (owner) was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough when assessing the work and providing us a cost estimate. The crew that arrived worked quickly and professionally. Even when they into a snag with the overhang roof on the back patio which was causing water to collect and the wood to rot, they were able to offer a solution. It did require additional work and cost, however reasonable, which we agreed to do. Juan, the lead worker, did an awesome job repairing it and redesigning the screen enclosure to drain and redirect rain water better. The replacement of the screen for the rest of the enclosure was also done very well. The three men crew worked diligently and left everything clean when they were done. I’m very happy with our new screen enclosure, the workmanship and their professionalism. I highly recommend South Florida Screen and their skillful crew. I will definitely use them again if needed."

"I had windows installed and that went well. I also had repair of siding and that went well except a large portion of my front lawn was destroyed and no efforts made to offer to repair it. That was disappointing. Gutters were installed and that went well."

"The installation crew was Five Star. Removing all windows downstairs/ Upstairs on a 3000 sq ft house was a big job. These fellows were prompt, meticulous, professional in every respect. I was in the trades for over 40 years; watching this team was like watching a ballet. Synchronized, efficient, every step counted. Thank you Access Windows for sending a terrific crew and a job well done."

"SafeGuard Impact Windows & Doors is a wonderful company to work with. We had them replace a sliding glass door, custom trapezoid window, and our kitchen window. The work was done in a timely manner, everyone we spoke to during the process were very helpful, and we are very satisfied with the final result. Highly recommend."

"The entire service from beginning to end was seamless. The installers were very clean and professional. Sales Manager Shay Benhamou delivered as advertised. The ESW windows look great and are high quality."

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top). The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."

"I am 100% satisfied with my window and door project. When Bill Murphy with greenhome improvement plus came to my home, I was extremely impressed. He was professional and knowledgeable. He satisfied any concerns I had regarding the window and door project. The installers are also an asset to your business. Bill was certainly correct when he promised me I was making the right decision hiring Green Home Improvement Plus!! I purchased hurricane impact windows and doors."

"Ed came into to repair work that another contractor had walked away from. He was very compassionate about my situation and repaired/installed everything that needed to be finished. His work is professional and did everything that he said he was going to do in a timely manner. If you need anything repaired/installed, I would recommend Ed very highly. Very nice man."
