"Very responsive after my first contact. Job completed two days later. Everything was done correctly to install a new RHEEM water heater to replace original to house intalled 19 years ago. Helpful technician and carefully installed. All good."

"Great, they did neat clean work. They picked up my new water heater & installed. They also hauled off the old water heater. They did Fast, Clean work and cleaned up after themselves. They removed my old water heater & installed my new water heater. They are my new FAVORITE PLUMBERS."

"I had a hot water swapped out which stood on a raised platform. Only one service tech came, rather than two for the heavy lifting, and he had trouble taking the old heater off the platform and dropped it. Also, there was confused communication between the technician and the owner regarding the details of the job to be done. Other than that, the value for the money was excellent and both the technician and the owner were vary courteous and professional and I am satisfied with the final outcome."

"Although we experienced some miscommunication about how soon the plumbing serviceman would arrive, once he arrived the service was excellent and superior to previous more local plumbers."

"Luis was great! He really knew how to solve the issue super fast. He showed up inmediately. His work was amazing, had all the tools he needed and left everything clean and impecable. I would recommend him 100% for any plumbing issues at your home."

"Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level."

"I'm certain that I overpaid because I was in a vulnerable position where I needed a water heater and didn't have a Plan B, but besides that, the work and timeliness were excellent."

"Jensen was thorough and competent. He first tied a snake which cut though the sludge but didn't remove it. Then he used a water jet which resulted in a great deal of back-up in the furthest bathroom with toilet overflow and much sludge in the bottom of the shower. He then cleared about 2x3 feet of earth above the septic tank (the soil was water-saturated) and that relieved the pressure sufficiently to clear the lines. He cleaned up the overflow in the bathroom and left everything satisfactory. The best guess is that FPL in laying their underground power lines damaged the drain field. I am satisfied with Jensen's work but was surprised at the cost of the water-jet cleaning ($3,200) although I haven't comparative shopped."
