Overall, Mr. Polo knows his stuff. He spoke very knowledgeably about things. He also went under the deck to do a good oil tank sweep even though he said he usually doesn't do that. So I give him credit for thoroughness in that regard. In the end, if you just want a guy who will walk through the house, point out stuff you need to pay attention to while you take notes, then he's your guy. But if you are a first-time homebuyer and need someone who will do more hand-holding, show you how to turn off the water main, and stuff like that for example, or give you a really detailed report with pictures and arrows, then Mr. Polo is not the one for you. I learned this the hard way, but due to time constraints I couldn't get the inspector I originally wanted. Mr. Polo though accommodated my schedule, but in the end his services fell short.  His report is almost incomprehensible. There are unfinished sentences and no pictures, but he does get it to you quickly.  So if time is a factor that's another reason to hire him. But like I said, if you're a new homebuyer and need the report as a reference for future fixes and are not good at jotting notes during the inspection, then I would recommend going elsewhere if possible.

"A two-man team worked very efficiently to remove each vent cover and vacuum inside the vent openings throughout the townhouse. One man removed the vent covers while the other man vacuumed inside the vent openings. No problems with how they worked but I think there are other companies who perform a more thorough cleaning of ductwork using other methods. This company did a superficial cleaning and worked very quickly. In and out within an hour.

"What a surprisingly wonderful experience we had with BioClean. I was able to schedule a same day appointment, and Brian and Dennis showed up exactly on time. Both men are absolute professionals, and are extremely honest! Within minutes of entering the home, they measured the air for particulates, and said that it wasn't a high reading at all. They proceeded to test around our home, and also up in the attic where the air handler is. The thought to look in places we never would have thought to look, but they said everything was actually in good condition.
