"It was fine. I think that John misunderstood me when I described to him that we wanted a 220 outlet put in. He thought that it was a regular outlet and so he charged us extra for the 220 outlet. What happened was that the deal was $119. The electrical service was an additional $120. Once we had that done, we had some difficulty because the box was getting very warm, and our circuit breaker was popping. They told us that we needed to have an additional circuit breaker put in. They came back and they put another additional circuit breaker in but that was another additional $800. He did a good job and the box is working great now but we had a lot of back and forth in the beginning. I would use them again as long as I have extra money on hand."

"These guys were great! They showed up at 8:00 a.m sharp with a team of five guys and two trucks. They were all business and had the outdoor concrete Hurricane pad set and the new Mitsubishi Heat Pump installed in no time. Meanwhile two other guys were installing the 3 indoor wall air handler units and running the line sets. By late afternoon, the system was all charged with refrigerant, everything was cleaned up and all the units worked perfectly. "They are very, very expensive. A licensed handyman would have been half the price for the ordinary stuff like changing out sockets and switches. But they will begin work immediately. They do provide a 3 year guarantee. Perhaps it was just my tech, but he seemed indifferent to how his efforts intersected with mine. Installing a new vanity light such that I can't spackle under the whole he left installing it and such that I need to move the fixture out of the way to close up the hole after he finished, seems to defeat the purpose of my paying Sparky to install it. And I still can't understand how it is possible that a GFI is not required under the kitchen sink where the dishwasher and garbage disposal are plugged in right near the hot and cold supply lines."
