"They are very, very expensive. A licensed handyman would have been half the price for the ordinary stuff like changing out sockets and switches. But they will begin work immediately. They do provide a 3 year guarantee. Perhaps it was just my tech, but he seemed indifferent to how his efforts intersected with mine. Installing a new vanity light such that I can't spackle under the whole he left installing it and such that I need to move the fixture out of the way to close up the hole after he finished, seems to defeat the purpose of my paying Sparky to install it.
