"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) The list goes on. The exterior of our home looks brand new thanks to them. I can't believe how quick and easy it all was. Love the crew as well - Monique is amazing and Eduardo is SO nice and extremely talented! Everyone that came out was super sweet. They will definitely be my go-to from now on."

"Bob is a superb handyman and contractor. He has years of experience in all house-related projects. He has great ideas and his work is meticulous. Highly recommend for all home repair and updating needs."

"Communication with the owners was easy and timely, but very disappointed in the attention to detail and overall oversight of the job on Redman's part with their sub-contractors. We constantly had to directly let the outside workers know of our plans even though we had already discussed items with Redman. We had to ask them to clean up after themselves (one contractor said he never owned a tarp before) and have the electrician come back numerous times to fix things. Overall timeline was met and we are happy with overall design and functionality, but had to aggressively press at the end before our move in date. Items that we were disappointed in - nails showing through new cabinetry (purchased separately), holes still showing in the plastered ceiling and recessed lighting holes cut too big, so that the lights are loose. Tile Contractor was the best by far."

"When we decided to paint our 16-year-old house we could not be happier with our decision to go with Real Painting & home-improvement. Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. Communication —Carlos was in touch every day to check-in on progress and every day our house was left spotless. Price, Quality and Attention to detail these guys have it all !"

"This was our second major project with DiOrio Builders in the past 3 years. We are very happy with the way that both projects turned out. The most recent project was a garage conversion into a four season family space. James was the primary on all work. The craftsmanship was solid and the finish work was beautifully done, which was important because of the detail and hardwood used in the space."

"After our home flooded, Pedro and his team completed a full renovation of our condo. The final result was beautiful. We were very impressed with his electrician and hardwood flooring subcontractor. The scope of our project grew from completing necessary repairs to undertaking a full renovation, which Pedro handled well. We appreciated his advice along the way as we were new to this--he has a good eye for design and steered us in the direction we were looking for. Pedro was accessible and communicative during the process and is professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Pedro was kind and thoughtful--with several very special touches for our young kiddo, which we appreciated so much."

"Went great. The piece of exposed ledge was a real issue for other contractors, but Mike was able to successful remove it and lay down asphalt. Also suggested other items such as laying pipe that I would not have thought of. Would totally use him again if a need arose."

"From day of estimate to completion one month. Considering 2 major holidays and snow and rain storms I thought that excellent timing. Kept me well informed. Did great work."

"LionHeart Finish Carpentry did an amazing job remodeling our small kitchen. Gustavo and his team were professional, reliable, and paid attention to every detail. The final result came out clean, beautiful, and exactly what we were hoping for. They kept the work organized, communicated well throughout the project, and delivered great quality. I highly recommend LionHeart Finish Carpentry to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor."
