"Tim was very professional, came when he said he would and worked efficiently and effectively. My sisters dishwasher was leaking and he worked for an hour, ran the cycles, filled and drained and could not get it to leak. He could have sold us parts, labor or whatever. He did not, just the service call. I think he is very honest and reasonable and would not hesitate to call him again for appliance repair. The dishwasher is working fine so not sure what caused the initial leak."
