Nice guy who also demo'd and reconstructed our tile kitchen floor, which also was not as simple as we'd hoped. The former homeowners had again made a poor choice and had someone put K. tile over linoleum, with Luon also. Cement floor boards were installed then our beautiful tile floor."

He went out of his way to ensure that I liked the tile color, size, and pattern, as well as the grout color, and worked closely with a carpenter who was installing sliders abutting the new tile floor. (They match!) Fred provided a lovely solution to the pattern challenge of a circular staircase that came down into the floor he was tiling. Always good to work with.
