He repaired rot. He waterproofed and weatherproof the entire home, then re-shingles using high-quality materials to ensure my home would be waterproof endurable. He replaced my front porch, found more areas of rot and opened up the front and made my home look amazing. He discussed every step with me and planned with me the entire time. "Started April 2024 started first floor framing July 2025 worked for 2 days and left with big hole in the attic and leaking basement when it rains cause the gutter was taken off. Lies constantly and swears on his kids that he will be there but never shows up or calls back for a few weeks at a time His poor kids. Grabs your first payment to pay for other jobs. Left a pile of trash in the driveway that’s been there for 3 months now. The wood is all warped and full of mold.l now on said framing job See pics below. Don not trust this contractor. He is now going to deal with our lawyer"
