"Rick was professional, courteous, and patient with answering my questions about the new AC installation. He explained the whole install process and ordered the right size unit-did not try to oversell me. The installation itself was done very professionally, lines tight, and the unit worked perfectly. I highly recommend Rick and his team to do any heating or AC unit install or servicing. In terms of honesty and integrity, he is the guy to go to. Thanks!"

"Changed gas water heater and tub faucet. Did a perfect job and was great to talk to."

"Replaced a leaky gasket in furnace, and performed routine maintenance and service. The techs were knowledgeable and explained the work they were doing, and the reason for the recommended repairs. The techs arrived within the service time window estimate, and gave a "heads up" call about 20 minutes before arrival. They also provide a picture of the tech prior to the appointment time. They put booties over their shoes upon entering your house and leave the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Everyone at Grasshopper, from the office people to the techs, was friendly and professional. They made you feel like they actually cared about customer satisfaction. I did feel that the repair cost, relative to the amount of time spent, was on the high side, although I really have no reference to compare to. I would definitely use them again, and recommend that you consider calling them for service and/or repair."

"The guys resolved my hot water issue quickly and efficiently. They were very nice to deal with and I think the cost was very reasonable."

"We have used Jeff for over 6 years now for numerous jobs around our home. He is a one of a kind complete maintenance man. Jeff is very well versed in many areas of construction work. His son and himself preform all the work themselves! Jeff is extremely trustworthy, extremely honest, very reputable and just an absolute top notch person! He stays on the job until the job is finished and doesn't skip out to another job while yours is being done. I truly can not say enough wonderful things about him, he is always my first call anytime I need anything done!"
