"The entire experience was great. Initial contact via email was efficient. Scheduling was prompt. Price was excellent and held true to estimate. Workmanship solid and neat. Pete told me I could paint the pipes on the exterior of the house.  Why would I?  They are the gleaming work of a craftsman. Town inspector's words, "A job well done". Lawn sprinkler guy, "Good water pressure". Everybody happy.
Before finding Pete for this job I discussed the job with two other plumbers, and the experiences were very frustrating. Communication bad. Details of the job fuzzy. Prices insulting.  Pete brings professionalism to the trade and I feel lucky to have found him.

"They were excellent to work with giving us a complete detailed estimate for each of our 3 projects including all of our allowances. Including agreed upon payments schedules for each. They communicated schedules and any adjustment to those schedules, which were all minor. They cleaned at the end of each day of work to keep the dirt down to a minimum. As we did 3 different projects, each with their own contract, if we had not been happy with the first or second we obviously would have not continued to work with them. Friends of ours recommended Superior K&B and we are completely satisfied with their work, including their selected sub-contractors."

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! He was out the next day to install our new water heater and arrived promptly at the promised time. From start to finish, Dennis completed the work in just over 2 hours.
