"Great work and response time. We hired another contractor to do various work on the house including ordering a custom chimney cap and installation of the cap. Contractor installed the chimney cap that looked questionable, cheap, and came in a store box (not custom). Easter Sweeps verified it was not installed incorrectly, not to code, and just covered one flue not all 3 chimney flues. Our suspicions were verified by Easter Sweeps. Easter Sweeps replaced the chimney flue with a custom chimney cap. Highly recommend Easter Sweeps!"

"I was satisfied with my consultation/inspection of my old chimney. I did not purchase a wood stove or chimney liner this year, only because I just purchased this old cabin and I am still trying to decide whether I will be able to renovate it, or if it will need to be completely torn down and rebuilt. The store does push it's own brand of wood stove; however, from all the research I have done, it appears to be a quality line. Additionally, I contacted a friend after my inspection to go over the prices quoted by Dan's for the chimney liner and wood stove. I wanted another professional's opinion...my friend was the owner of a wood stove store for many years. This friend advised that prices quoted by Dan's for the liner, wood stove and labor were very reasonable, given the quality of products. Again, I did not actually have a wood stove installed - I only paid for an inspection. But, I was satisfied with my inspection and the products offered by the store. My plan is to use Dan's when I make the decision on where and when to have a wood stove installed."

"The rep showed up on time. Inspected the chimney with a flexible probe fed from the inside up into the chimney as well as getting up on the roof and visually inspecting the chimney from the roof. He was very honest and said there was no build up and a cleaning was not needed. I was appreciative of not charging me for unneeded services. Consequently, the fee was less than quoted. "I was satisfied with every aspect of our crawl space encapsulation process. Doug Harkey came out and provided a very detailed estimate, including a detailed sketch of my crawl space and pictures of problem areas. His estimate was reasonable and provided several options in different price ranges to accommodate us financially. I especially liked the videos he included so we would know exactly what to expect during the encapsulation. Prior to the job commencing, their electrician came out to install a new circuit for our new dehumidifier. His work was done quickly and efficiently, and the new circuit was run with no damage to our drywall. Another crew also came one morning to replace our crawl space access doors with insulated doors. All work was very timely and professional. When Jesse Marshall and his crew showed up on the week of the encapsulation, they arrived early as scheduled and stayed on the job all day each day until the job was completed. Jesse and his crew were very professional and friendly and set to work quickly removing all of our old insulation and vapor barrier and sprayed all wood surfaces with mold inhibitor. They clearly communicated what they would accomplish each day and they made steady progress until the job was completed. The new vapor barrier and rigid insulation was professionally installed and permanently fastened to my foundation wall and all seams were neatly taped. As an engineer, I crawled under the house at the end of the job, and I found nothing wrong with the installation. We got exactly what we paid for. The AprilAire dehumidifier was much quieter than I thought it would be and I'm pleased with its installation and performance. Makes about as much noise as our refrigerator. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with our decision to hire Stable Foundations. I would definitely hire them again if needed."

"I had a 50-year-old house with a cinderblock basement wall that had water slowly coming through. I researched the various firms that did waterproofing and had three highly rated firms come out for an estimate. The first contractor didn’t even bring a flashlight and just looked around and said to keep an eye on it. The second gentlemen did provide detailed estimate and carefully explained the problem. Randy, the owner, from Chamberlin Washington provided a similar diagnosis and estimate. His estimate was not only a little less expensive but he looked at the entire house and found other things that could use some maintenance. This is what I liked about Randy – he looked at the whole house and discovered several smaller things that should be fixed to avoid issues down the road. These were all things I knew about already but I’m glad someone took the time to examine the entire house and not just the one issue I was having. We had then not only waterproof the outside wall but also fill the expansion joints in our patio and seal one basement window as well as re-point some mortar joints in the brink chimney. When the crew came they went to work. They also did an admirable job protecting our plants. An old section of of a 6' high stockade fence had to be removed and I bough a new section and the crew was happy to put that up. When they water tested the wall they found a small leak. They re-did the sealant and that did the trick. Randy came out and supervised critical parts of the job. He was great to work with and happily fixed a few small things at the end. Randy really cares about doing the job right. I am 100% pleased with the work they did. I watched over much of the repair and everything was done correct and by the book. Overall I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Chamberlin-Washington and their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

Located the source of what I thought was undue noise. They explained that the system was actually just kicking into "overdrive" because of the extended heat wave and that the noise was not unusual. While they were here they performed annual servicing and cleaning."
