"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "I was very pleased with Trinity Plumbing and Rodney Robbins.  He was in Amelia when I called, but was immediately available to drive to my home within Cincinnati city limits.  He had the necessary part on his truck to fix my toilet.  After finishing up with the float replacement,  I also asked him to check a leaking faucet handle in my basement laundry room.  He gladly looked it over, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away.  Mr. Robbins was very friendly, informative, and efficient in the use of his time.  I couldn't have been more impressed.  The price was right too.  I will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and plan on calling him again if I have another plumbing issue.

"My gutters were cleaned, I was charged extra for the screening on first level gutters, but the screens were not but back correctly, one screen is lying on my porch, they were to return 6-19-18 no show no call, today is 6-21-18, I will pay for the cleaning but not the additional charge for the screens, because I will have to pay someone else to do it, or do it myself, and Mr. Tuttle was rude and argumentative, stated he under bid the job, If they have been doing this as long as their site claims, I would think that they should know what they are doing by now. But you don't relay that to the customer, you eat the cost and learn from it!!!"
