"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Mike (Owner) responded to me quickly and once he got an idea of the horror my family had gone through, over 30 days with no hot water, he stayed in touch and had Bob out here to assess what we needed. Light years from the 3 idiots who came before. Once we purchased a new water heater Bob picked it ip that day and he and Donald got it Installed that evening . I will be calling them again."

"Rob did a great job on our project. He remained flexible and helped walk us through the kind of surround we would need to convert our tub into a tub shower combo."

"These guys made the whole experience so easy on us and took care of everything. Love our new shower! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."

"We hired Herman Recalde and his excellent crew to remodel our upstairs master bathroom. They did a great job, and the quality of the work was significantly better than contractors we hired previously for other projects. Herman took his time to understand what we wanted (and didn't want). For example, we chose 2'x2' tiles for the floor and 2'x1' tiles for the shower walls, and they were installed with tight and clean grout lines as we requested. He also made good suggestion that we hadn't considered. His plumber and frameless glass enclosure guys also did great work. Importantly, the quote Herman gave us for the project was competitive and there were no surprises at the end. Actually, we requested some extra work to fix the ceiling in our other bathroom, and they just did it at no extra cost. I didn't observe any short cuts, and all of the work was top quality and with an eye for perfection. Herman and his team earned our trust. I've already recommended them to a friend."

"Since March 2026, Mostaed Construction has tackled six projects at my home: two bathroom tile projects, a large deck replacement, small deck replacement, back siding/front door painting project and front porch column replacements. Mostaed subs included drywall professionals, painters, concrete professionals, and truly superior craftsmen who dealt with installing tile, heated flooring, deck construction and siding replacement. I also have them scheduled for four future projects (kitchen replacement, basement bathroom floor replacement, house painting, and tree removal services. I highly recommend this team of professionals….SIX STARS!"

"This company provides a packaged system that locks you into their products for all future repairs or improvements - like hanging pictures or even painting. This would lock future home owners into the system as well. This is a high-pressure sales pitch product."

"They made sure the replacement basement stairs were extra secure even with a difficult installation. They cleaned up better than they found the area and even had to move a very heavy old cook stove."
