Our in home salesman was terrific and helped us pick out our flooring. The installers were fabulous, friendly, on time and efficient. Nick, the installation manager, stopped by during the install to check on things. Super nice guy and appreciated him checking on the progress. Finally, Paul called to see how we were enjoying our new floors and wanted to make sure our experience was top notch. We also got a vacation voucher just for getting new floors!!! I would say if your looking for a meticulous company to do your floors then perhaps you should look elsewhere. Again, not a bad job, just not the quality that makes them great or outstanding."
