"The salesperson was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, completed a detailed sketch of our current large deck, and emailed a quote quickly. However, our meeting was brief because he said he'd scheduled another estimate. In addition, I emailed him thanking him, but with more questions about the job and received NO response, hence no further action was taken on my part. I'm guessing (and I really am guessing here), he probably thought the initial quote would give me "sticker shock" (which it did...almost $58,000!) so he didn't need to pursue my business any further. On the other hand, I suppose I'm now convinced that for the next 20 years, I could replace any necessary cedar boards and have the deck power-washed/stained yearly for the cost of a new Trex deck."

"Brian is a great guy! He is honest, fair, a great family man, and does what he says he will do. He was on time and very involved in what his guys were doing. Honestly, my project went a bit longer than it should have, which cost me a little more. And that is ok. I am a very picky person. I was so impressed with the final outcome.
