"They knew what they were doing and were professional and on time. It just turned out that part was not actually what was wrong with the water heater at the time. So they did their job perfectly. We didn't do our job of analyzing the issue as well as we should have. They did the work and were affordable. I got hold of him after I contacted, like, eight other companies and none of them were willing to work on a gas water heater. They were the only ones willing. They were very on-point. They called and said they were going to be late, but they ended up not being late so it was perfect. Their punctuality was good."

"<p>Before I left for Vacation I noticed there was water coming into the garage.  I called Davis Plumbing immediately to investigate the problem.  They sent someone out the next day to locate the problem which was found to be the main line coming into the house.  They was a hole in the pipe below the concrete slab and it was coming up through the sleeve of the copper pipe. The initial visit had a cost of $100 but this was removed from the overall cost of the service.  They worked with me on determining the most efficient way to run a new pipe so it would reconnect to the rest of the house without having to repipe the entire house.  We set the service to take place for when I retuned from vacation and shut the water at the main off until my return.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>They came as scheduled in January on my return from vacation and started work immediately.  They had all materials needed onboard there truck already so did not have to leave.  The communicated with me how the pipe would have to be run and the wall would have to be built out half an inch when replacing the drywall.  I agreed this would be the best method.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>When the job was completed they cleaned up the debris from the job and tested the new piping to be sure all was done correctly.<br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Darryl was just great. My shower head had was clogged and just needed to be soaked in CLR until it can be replaced. He charged me 80 dollars for less than a half hour work . When my credit card was charged. I was charged 160 dollars the standard fee for just showing up as explained to me when I spoke to someone in service.I was a little surprised. I am a senior and was not offered the senior discount. My family started out with Douglas Orr as our plumber in Medley in 1974. I think loyalty has it limits and it’s time for me to shop around"
