"Very responsive after my first contact. Job completed two days later. Everything was done correctly to install a new RHEEM water heater to replace original to house intalled 19 years ago. Helpful technician and carefully installed. All good."

"Great, they did neat clean work. They picked up my new water heater & installed. They also hauled off the old water heater. They did Fast, Clean work and cleaned up after themselves. They removed my old water heater & installed my new water heater. They are my new FAVORITE PLUMBERS."

"I had a hot water swapped out which stood on a raised platform. Only one service tech came, rather than two for the heavy lifting, and he had trouble taking the old heater off the platform and dropped it. Also, there was confused communication between the technician and the owner regarding the details of the job to be done. Other than that, the value for the money was excellent and both the technician and the owner were vary courteous and professional and I am satisfied with the final outcome."

"I didn’t know who to call to repair my water heater and Benjamin Franklin plumbing was quick and they did great. Wonderful service and quick repair."

"Jensen was thorough and competent. He first tied a snake which cut though the sludge but didn't remove it. Then he used a water jet which resulted in a great deal of back-up in the furthest bathroom with toilet overflow and much sludge in the bottom of the shower. He then cleared about 2x3 feet of earth above the septic tank (the soil was water-saturated) and that relieved the pressure sufficiently to clear the lines. He cleaned up the overflow in the bathroom and left everything satisfactory. The best guess is that FPL in laying their underground power lines damaged the drain field. I am satisfied with Jensen's work but was surprised at the cost of the water-jet cleaning ($3,200) although I haven't comparative shopped."

"Very happy with the service. Extremely knowledgeable crew, explained what they were doing in detail. It's been a few months and couldn't be happier. They removed our tank water heater and replaced it with a tankless outside. No other vendor told me they could put the water heater outside. A HUGE space saver."

"The technician did an excellent job repairing my central air cleaner. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the problem in clear terms, offering a straightforward solution. The repair was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail, leaving the system working perfectly. Their customer service was polite, professional, and respectful of my time and home. They arrived promptly, communicated well throughout the process, and cleaned up after the job. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise costs. Overall, I?m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to others."
