"Mike was great to work with. I hired him to renovate my primary bedroom and bath. While the bedroom only needed a basic refresh, the bathroom was a full gut remodel including moving fixtures and windows. During the course of the project, we encountered many problems with infrastructure from prior remodels. He fixed all structural problems, electrical updates, and installed a new window which also required re-shingling the outside of my home and matching the existing exterior paint. He has a remarkable attention to detail, and all work was completed to a high standard. His worked passed all inspections on the first try. He also has a deep rolodex of excellent subcontractors for every piece of the work. The project took longer than anticipated (some of which was due to my schedule, change orders, and delays in materials I ordered), but he was on site every day and was in constant communication with me on every detail. He worked clean and took care with my home throughout the process."

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"Cesar and his crew just finished a remodel of my master bathroom. This is the second major project completed in my home by CSZ (prior kitchen remodel) and once again they exceeded my expectations. Cesar worked with me along the way to come up with the perfect design to ensure all my requirements were met. He is knowledgeable and his attention to detail is second to none. The CSZ crew, Armondo and Benjamin were also a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up at the end of each work day. My dog even loves them! I highly recommend CSZ Construction. They will most certainly be back for future projects in my home!"

"I am so grateful that I was able to find Jorge after our house was broken in through the sliding door just before Thanksgiving. He replaced the sliding door the next day I called him. He was actually the only one who prioritized this work to meet our emergency need among the contractors whom I had contacted. He also fixed all the others damaged by the burglars. The price was very reasonable and fair. Jorge is a great pleasure to speak with and knowledgeable. He is very detail-oriented at work, pursing perfection on every detail. He always ensured the job was completely finished without question. He did amazing job on everything I asked for that I continued to ask for more projects to be completed, which included painting, window replacement and basement remodeling next year. I would highly recommend his company for any of your home projects."

"From the very first contact phone call...till the completion of the job....Michael and his crew were the best. Having french drains installed in your basement is far from a glamorous remodel but NPW handled the job as if they were "doing" your kitchen! Fair price...great job and professional follow-up. So pleased"

"John performed a major renovation on our house recently, remodeling the entire first floor, including kitchen, bathroom, closets and a patio as well. He met with us frequently to update progress and include us in the process. He always answered phone calls and texts. He and his crew arrived on time each and everyday. They contained the mess and kept the work site neat and clean. His crew was trustworthy and did high quality work. Highly recommend John and his staff!"

""Miguel of M.A.S. was excellent!! I called for an estimate for some renovation and he returned my call promptly and scheduled a free estimate visit the following day. Within a couple of days, I received the estimate for replacing broken sash cords in 2 bedroom windows; replacing tiles in one of the bathrooms; fixing a torn screen door on the terrace deck and the big project was patching up the walk-in master bedroom closet ceiling that was damaged from a water leak from the above condo as well as repainting the whole closet. Miguel worked around my schedule on the days that someone would be home and I can't thank him enough for the prompt, professional & quick service. He completed all the ceiling patch work, painting, tile work in 1 day. When the sash cord kits were delivered he was back the next day finishing up in less than 2 hours, including the installing the fixed screen door. Effortless and headache-less experience. Miguel was very professional and detailed on the explanation of work and techniques used. I was very was pleased with the service and I highly recommend.""
