Get matched with top landscape minor grading or resloping pros in South Pasadena, CA

"This was a very large project .The backyard was cleanup of 10 years of declining gardening and debris involving grading, resloping and placing degraded granite. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive, capable and courteous. We felt the fee was very reasonable for such hard work. We are very pleased with the results."

"We had a blank canvas with a few design details in place for a major drought-tolerant landscaping overhaul for our Mid Century Modern house that had recently been renovated. We needed someone to fit the bill who was knowledgeable about irrigation & plants, affordable, efficient and above all flexible so that we could see our vision realized. We got several quotes and chose Wesley's Sierra M**** Landscaping Co based on our above criteria. Not only that, but Wesley came up with the most cost effective way to implement a system without having to rip up our driveway. Furthermore, his quote was reasonably priced and itemized in a way that allowed us to "pick and choose. He appeared to be flexible -- and was -- in terms of potential changes. In short, Wesley and his crew did not disappoint. I should also add that weeks later when a surprise leak sprung up, we called Wesley and he promptly fixed it. The overall was stress-free, and we couldn't give a higher recommendation to Sierra M**** Landscaping!"

"From start to finish, working with Regal Construction on our bathroom remodel was an absolute pleasure. Ben, our project manager, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, guiding us through every step of the process. The team was quick and efficient, completing the project in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the tile work and cabinetry. Communication was seamless; Ben kept us updated daily and patiently answered all our questions. The final result exceeded our expectations—functional, beautiful, and top-notch craftsmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for future projects."

"Great experience with them. I am absolutely satisfied with their work in the back yard. I am impressed it was done in a timely manner and will recommend them to others."

"Could not be more pleased with our experience with TheDrainCo. Mark (owner's husband) came out and completed the job within a couple hours of my initial call. Problem turned out to be a worn/split hose from the washer which was leaking out onto the floor, but he also augured (?) out the outside drain pipe, and fixed an unrelated minor issue on a nearby bathroom faucet."

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"It was a pleasure working with Joe and his team. Joe is a professional contractor, very skilled and experienced in any way, very structured, knows very well how to work around a budget and he is very detail oriented. His another huge plus is his incredibly creative eye, he can take your idea and make it much better that the original. The people in his team were very dedicated and skilled as well. We had a pleasure to have them all around our house. All the guys arrives each day to the house and worked full days the entire week. Our project was to remodel the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and the master bathroom. I highly recommend SES builders, I’ve never had such an experience in any of my past remodeling projects."

"Joseph is amazing. We have used him many times for years for multiple home projects including remodeling a bathroom, new siding on the house, new roofing, plumbing repairs (and emergencies). He has always responded quickly, his work has been excellent, the site is always left immaculate, his crew are always on time and very pleasant. Joseph's work is outstanding and we have never had any issues. He has helped us out fixing issues that predated him also promptly and done to only his high standards. We can not recommend him high enough and will use him for many years to come."

"Tito was referred to us by our contractor and it was a pleasure working with him! We needed an extension for our shower valve. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."
