Spectacular dust control, to void the need for visqueen of occupants' possessions; they built a "casita" of PVC pipe and heavy plastic tarps and tape. Reasonable and easy to work with. So conscientious... tenant had use of sewer pipes overnight on a big job that took over a week to complete. Completed work passed rigorous leak tests. ALL the iron below floor level is GONE and I'll never have to worry about this again."
