He was very easy to deal with and knowledgeable talked for a few hours and decided we needed to install a new A/C unit. I agreed and the office called me to schedule the installation work, they also communicated the 30% down and balance on line after. The team came to our condo and installed the unit in short time, very efficient, respectful and professional with the exception of one of the men in the crew who was arragent, rude and disrespectful, when finished my wife brought me some cash to tip to the workers, but before I could the rude man demanded to be paid I gave him the deposit and said I would go on line and submitt the balance but he was insisting that would not work and demanded the balance which I gave him. we never got a follow up call, why"
