He skillfully replaced all the rotting wood with fresh quality wood, and completely rebuilt the barn doors - I now have custom doors on my shed! He also fixed a broken window pane and installed window sills to keep the wood from rotting again in the future. While he was here, he repaired my fence and also sanded down some doors for me so that I could repaint them. He worked outdoors during our coldest days of the winter: 7 degrees. And he worked when there was a foot of snow in my yard. Just shoveled himself a little path and set up all his work equipment. I couldn't believe he was so dedicated, and that he kept to his schedule despite the crazy weather. He also didn't let me pay him until all the work was done. This guy is a keeper!"

Bruce came (right when scheduled), spent time troubleshooting eventually recommending that we work with a locksmith. He then looked at a few other problems around the house -- fixed one of them -- and didn't want to be paid. He said that he does his assessment visits without charge and the repair he did wasn't a big deal. He seemed very knowledgeable, very easy to discuss things with (we have essentially no practical understanding of fixing things ourselves) and more interested in making sure that things were done well than in just getting our work. While we don't have a larger job for him now, we are keeping his number on the fridge for when we need him. Highly recommend him!"
