"John Perez loves what he does and values the solutions he brings to folks in need of the basics, heat and hot water! He was generous with his time in educating me about boilers in order that I might feel actively involved in choosing the right heating system and, in the end, be satisfied with that choice. He is secure in himself and his professional abilities. With his support, maturity, resilience and a willingness to factor in my thinking, he gave me room to consider options and find my way toward the right solution for our project. I felt my best interest was his interest. Most importantly, he is trustworthy."
