I called initially because our garage door was not smoothly operating and because the sensor lenses would occasionally fall out. He diagnosed the noisy operation to be from the garage door itself rather than our old opener. While he was willing to just grease the door, I decided to replace the old opener. No pressure from him!! He replaced it the following day in a little over an hour. He responded to my messaging requests to receive 3 button remotes rather than the agreed upon 1 button remotes.
