"Problem with older sand filter found the leak and ordered the part.The filter was then repaired with their knowledgeable and capable workers. Their staff easy to reach and very helpful. "Nick from Tri-M Pools opened the pool and spa this week. He is truly a professional. He is courteous and we enjoyed meeting him. By the second day the water was sparkling....not a bit of green. By the third day Tri-M vacuumed and cleaned the pool and it is ready to go. Both Nick and Joel are consistent in responding to emails and phone calls. They have a clear and comprehensive contract that gives the options of a full service inclusive or service plus chemicals. We chose the full service inclusive so we know exactly what our seasonal costs will be (exceptions can occur for unexpected repairs). Even though we are new customers, they are accommodating us to provide weekly service on the day we requested."
