"After cancelling three consecutive days, Conway Services just can't seem to make it to my house to honor an agreement to perform a tune-up on my HVAC. It should be noted that when I called them to perform $2000 worth of electrical work last week there were here immediately. The fact that I've already paid for this tune-up makes me suspect that Conway is willing to engage in fraud."

"Another service came out and said I needed an $800+ fix. I called Aire Serv to get a second opinion and they not only stuck with it until they fixed my AC, (it took a couple Of visits but they only charged me for one) they did it without needing the expensive part the other one tried to sell me. They were very responsive, helpful and educational"

"This technician charged me $2850 for a new furnace that ended up being incompatible with my central system and then wanted to charge me $900 additional to supposedly make it work. We had an initial agreement and he didn't finished the work satisfactorily. Now I have a system that only works on the first floor and not on the floor upstairs. I've contacted my lawyer and we're suing this technician for breach of contract. My best advice is to stay away from this technician who doesn't know how his business and is unresponsive and irresponsible. "
