"Contacted Baker Roofing by phone to schedule a visit for an insurance paid re-roof. Salesman, David Frawley, responded promptly. He met with us, provided a detailed scope of work based on the insurance information that we had previously provided to him. We set up a tentative time frame for the start of the work. Due to weather, we had a few restarts but the Project Manager, Mark Chasse, was on top of it and kept us up-to-date and stayed in touch. He called to discuss where the shingles, the dumpster, and the work trailer could be staged during the time they would be at out house. Mark was on the job for most of the install.The installers worked hard and were focused. No nonsense or fooling around with this team. We had bushes and expenses trees, propane tanks and 3 large A/C units around the perimeter of the house. Baker made sure that nothing was damaged. They walked the perimeter with a giant magnet for nails, picked up trash and left at dusk. I requested they return the next day in the daylight to pick up some remaining trash and nails, which they willingly did. The gutter installer was scheduled by Baker and he returned on Monday to complete the job with the gutters. They did a beautiful job. We were very happy from the beginning contacts with David  all the way to the end with Mark Chasse. Great Company, stands by their work. Granted, this was an insurance job, but we interviewed several roofers. This company hand nails your roof. Even the employees tout how happy they are working at Baker.  We would wholeheartedly recommend Baker Roofing to others. It was important to us to have a local roofer in case of any issues or concerns and Baker came highly recommended. We are so very glad we chose them. Let me also say that everyone that I spoke with on the phone whose names I can't recall were all very nice. Customer Service was A+. "After Hurricanes Matthew and Florence, I realized that I needed to repair the roof extension over the door to one of the buildings on my property. I inspected the extent of the damage, and I realized that the water damage beneath the asphalt shingles was severe. Doing the work myself was going to take multiple trips to the hardware store for various supplies. It was going to take an abundance of time and a lot of effort to get the roof repaired before the Spring rain and weather arrives. I remembered that I had Max Strickland's phone number from when he repaired the roof on my house after Hurricane Florence, and I decided to give him a call to get an estimate. An hour later, he is there at my home surveying what would be necessary...etc. We agreed on a price, and at 6:50 a.m., the next morning, he arrives with his crew to go to work on the repairs. By 2:30 pm, the same day, the work is done. They completely removed the damaged roof extension, they rebuilt the entire section - adding some pitch to allow proper rainwater dispersal...put a new rubber roof over the section, sealed it completely, caulked and water proofed the section and the connections to the main building, and they removed all of the damaged debris and other materials from the site. In less than 24 hours of contacting him, the project was done. If I have any roofing needs in the future, I'm calling Max Strickland. He and his crew are professionals, and Max ensures every job is done to the highest standards. As a retired Army Sergeant Major (and homeowner), that's something that I greatly appreciate."

"The work was scheduled to begin in early November, and Dennis had his guys pour the footings, do the brick work, and pour the patio all by the end of the first week in November. Once the patio had cured sufficiently, the crew got to work on the gable roof, then did the electrical, shingled the roof, installed bead board vinyl ceiling, trimmed the rest of the soffit and fascia with aluminum, installed the recessed lighting and ceilings fans, and painted all the hardiboard siding on the front of the gable and the columns. I had also asked Dennis if they could do a few other minor fixes to the crossheads over the garage doors and dining room window, as well as some fascia trim on the end of the house, which they did very well, and at no additional cost. The majority of the work was done last night and the guys even went so far as to carry our new patio furniture from the garage to the patio after they cleaned up. It was obvious through the entire process that Dennis and his crew take their work seriously and that they aren't just in it for the money. We are very pleased with the effort and thank the guys for building a beautiful patio for us to enjoy! We will definitely contact Dennis in the future if we decide to have any other improvement work done. Thanks again guys! <br />"
