"Gary was very prompt, came at the agreed to time to do the estimate and again to do the work. He wasn't satisfied with how the railings looked when he first did them so he came back and did them again. They look great. The faucet that he replaced was leaking for a while and the new faucet is a great addition to the kitchen. Great work on both jobs."

"We have had a HORRIBLE experience with this company and would NOT recommend them to anyone. Our project was quoted in the Summer of 2021 and is still not finished. All we needed was to have some exterior wood repaired and painted and new gutters installed. It is September 2022, and it is still not complete. A crew came out in early August 2022 to replace some wood trim and remove the gutters. And we are still waiting... I understand labor shortages and material delays, but our project was quoted over a year ago. The communication and sense of urgency from the company have been terrible. The project's cost has increased due to material price increases, but had this been completed when scoped initially, this would not have been the case. We bid three other contractors, and I wish I had chosen someone else (I believe this project would have been completed)."

The extras they put in place so paint wouldn't get on anything was great! We had used North Pointe for some interior painting and painting of cabinets. We were so happy with that, we had the exterior done. We hired them again, not even a week after completing the exterior to paint the rest of our interior."

Chris and Debbie and the entire staff are super easy to work with and up front with what is involved and what to expect. They have also done recessed lighting, laminate floors, and repositioned kitchen cabinets. They even cut hole through our brick to install a new window where there was not one. The work is always top quality and they are the first call we make. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend."
