"I purchased a coupon in the summer and finally contacted them to get an appt. this fall. He called back promptly and we set an appt. for Dec. 1st. That day came and went but there was no word from Eric. I emailed and then called about the planned appt. that he missed. He eventually called back and apologized... said his van had broken down and that he had accidentally left his schedule book in the van with all his numbers. He said to call him back in a week or so. I called and emailed a few times and eventually he called me back. We rescheduled for Monday, Dec. 19th. He arrived at the given time, worked quickly, was very friendly, and did a good job. I recognize this is a busy time so appreciated the fact that he made sure to keep in contact even though it may have taken a bit longer that expected. I would hire him again as he was knowledgeable and was personable."

"I had difficulty getting this scheduled. The service provider did not call me within two days, so I called and left a message. They called me back later that day and said someone would call me within a further three days to schedule. No one called me, so I called and started leaving messages. After three or four messages over a day or two, the owner called me and said that he was on vacation but would make sure someone got back to me within two days. Someone called me back that day and scheduled a time to do the estimate. He missed that appointment, and the next, but made it on the third try. He told me that he couldn't do the work in the deal because there was no ground wire, and couldn't run a ground wire, but proposed some other options. He said he would get me an estimate in about 5 business days, which seemed like a lot. It's been that long and I still don't have an estimate.

Update 6/3/2014: The provider called me to follow up. They had gotten me a quote but my email address was transcribed incorrectly. I'm upgrading this review in light of this."

"Bob and his assistant came promptly as scheduled. Calling before to confirm. They were right on time considering the long distance they had to get here. They completed the job in the amount of time described and left us with a beautiful new surface on our tub. Afterwards, we had some difficulties with our drain, and gave Bob another call. He scheduled a time to come all the way back to our house to straighten out the request. He also gave us a little touch up paint. We had used some super-gentle, yellow, painting masking tape to make a nice edge on our culking, and we pulled a bit of paint off. The directions he leaves with you won't specifically say not to use the tape, but it should have been obvious not to do it. If you can't use suction cups, we probably should have realized not to use masking tape either. But the touch up paint made it perfect again. The only negative thing that could possible be said (and this has nothing to due with Bob or the company) is that the process won't make your tub perfectly smooth again if it is severely pitted. We had pits in the surface, and this covering smooths them out, but they are still going to be there as a bit of texture. It's been seven months and we are still happy with our new tub. Following his directions for cleaning and maintenance have kept the tub looking great. Thanks, Bob!"

"To start off, he didn?t even want to come out to see the bathroom before he started the job. I requested that he come out first to see everything because I really wanted to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted to have done. I was very thorough, even provided drawings and he kept assuring me that he could do what I had envisioned. My husband, who is in the trade, kept telling me to instruct them to do certain things that they were going to overlook. The tile work was not done as I had wanted. I asked for a very small grout line, asked them if they were experience in tile walls, they said they were, yet they would do things that I didn?t ask for and wouldn?t consult me first before they did it. I asked him if he could seal the grout and instead of doing it, he gave me a spray can and told me that I could just spray it on the wall and wipe it off and that?s all I need to do once a year. So then I had to take extra time to do something that I thought I was already paying for. Also, their way of fixing things would be to just caulk over cracks until you couldn?t see them anymore instead of actually repairing the cracks. The worst part about the whole experience was the fact that every time they had to come back out to fix their mistakes, I would get charged for them. I ended up getting billed $5000 more than what I had initially paid and now my husband and son have to re-do the whole thing."
