"I talked to Rich and Joe the first day they came out after my shingles where blown off my roof I really wanted a metal roof but I didn't think I had the money for it as the other estimate from other roofing contractors was pretty high in the end RMS installed me a metal roof cheaper than the others wanted for shingles so of course I hired them and they did a great job and all the guys where very nice and easy to talk to did wonderful work will be hiring them for more work"

"I can't say enough GOOD things about Powerhouse - but I'll try! Please read this lengthy, but carefully crafted review of this team and the work that they did for me - especially if you are a woman on your own and looking for honesty and integrity as a prime requirement in a construction company. Powerhouse could be your team! They are: professional, personable, precise, perfectionistic, proficient, punctual, and pragmatic. I dreamed of a remodeled kitchen in my old farmhouse for at least a decade and had talked with several other contractors who either couldn't or wouldn't share the ideas that I had for the space - particularly at the budget I had set for the work. After one meeting, I knew that JD and Clayton had caught my vision and were ready to run with it. They also proved ABLE to complete anything I requested - often beyond my expectations. I felt that this father and his two sons treated my project as if it was their own kitchen - and included me as an integral part of the team for planning and decision making at every step. They heard and respected my ideas and offered many great suggestions beyond what I had considered., I feel that this was a true collaboration and the Powerhouse goal was that I was satisfied with the end result and that they were satisfied that they did the best work possible! The kitchen is fabulous and I don't know what I love most about it. From the newly leveled floor, to improved insulation and electrics, to raising the ceiling to the rafters, to combining two small boxy rooms into one huge and functional space, to repurposing the 50 year old solid wood cabinets, to adding a super pantry wall - everything was done to perfection! Truly a floor-to-ceiling-and behind the walls remodel that was completed within the price that we had agreed upon - no surprises or shocks! I don't think that there is anything that Powerhouse can't do and do very well. Certified electricians, master carpentry, expert tile work, creative fabrication of pantry doors....they excelled at all of this. Additionally, these men were a pleasure to have in my home - a real bonus when doing a project of this intensity (of time, money and decisions). They exhibit a strong work ethic, share great senses of humor, set and achieve high standards for quality of work, are never idle, cleaned up the workspace every day, and were always open to sharing ideas and explaining procedures. They get along well with each other - no bickering, no bad language, no dark or moody days! In my opinion, Powerhouse Construction and Electrical is simply the BEST group that I've ever worked with and I consider it a blessing that I found them! As I look to the future. I wouldn't consider any other company with whom to entrust my home projects ! These are "my guys" from now on!"

"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

I needed my basement renovated ASAP and Mr. Anthony met with me in a timely manner explaining in great detail the work he would perform and how pleased I would be! Let me tell you he did NOT disappoint because he and his partner Mark performed what I call a â  miracleâ  in renovating my basement and went above and beyond my expectations!!!! Iâ  ve shown many the before and after pictures of what I now can call my family room and the response each time was how â  beautifulâ  of a job Anthony did!! If you are in need a great contractor donâ  t look anywhere else but A & J Contractor and call Anthony NOW! My family still canâ  t believe what A & J Contractor did with that old and in bad shape basement!! Very professional and the many years of experience really was on display!! "If you’re looking for a contractor tackle any home remodeling project, I highly recommend C&C Home Remodeling. They recently built my new garage and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the first meeting to the final walk-through, their team was professional, honest, and easy to work with (even if I wasn’t - LOL). Communication was excellent, the quality of craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and they paid attention to the little details that make the big difference. The project stayed organized, the worksite was kept clean, and the finished garage looks fantastic. I’m in real estate so I know that It’s hard to find a contractor that shows up when they say they will, takes pride in the work, and truly cares about customer satisfaction, but C&C delivered on all three. "To start off, he didn?t even want to come out to see the bathroom before he started the job. I requested that he come out first to see everything because I really wanted to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted to have done. I was very thorough, even provided drawings and he kept assuring me that he could do what I had envisioned. My husband, who is in the trade, kept telling me to instruct them to do certain things that they were going to overlook. The tile work was not done as I had wanted. I asked for a very small grout line, asked them if they were experience in tile walls, they said they were, yet they would do things that I didn?t ask for and wouldn?t consult me first before they did it. I asked him if he could seal the grout and instead of doing it, he gave me a spray can and told me that I could just spray it on the wall and wipe it off and that?s all I need to do once a year. So then I had to take extra time to do something that I thought I was already paying for. Also, their way of fixing things would be to just caulk over cracks until you couldn?t see them anymore instead of actually repairing the cracks. The worst part about the whole experience was the fact that every time they had to come back out to fix their mistakes, I would get charged for them. I ended up getting billed $5000 more than what I had initially paid and now my husband and son have to re-do the whole thing."

"Initially, I was pleased with the work done...the wait was minimal for them to put me on the schedule. The porch was power washed, repaired, resurfaced and sealed exactly as quoted. They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. I've had a couple of issues since the work has been done...but the company has been very responsive to my issues. This last time the supervisor personally came and fixed the issues himself. Overall, I am pleased with the repairs to my front porch, and know if there are future issues, they will be resolved."

"We can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with the work that was done on our home. Our house went from being the "ugly duckling" of our street to the "beautiful swan" after Roman's crew was done with our home. Bill, Rob and Evan were the men who did our front porch, and it's what sets the look for the house. I could not have asked for three finer men who were a pleasure to get to know, and appreciate their workmanship. The guys would show up around 6:30am, and were ready to begin at 7am. They had the old porch torn off in a day, and over the next several days, an entirely new porch was framed and the most beautiful wood was used for the new flooring, along with white vinyl railings. They also put in my new front door and storm door to complete the project. For the siding, gutters, downspouts, soffit & fascia, I've not seen men work this hard and tirelessly in a long time. Fredericko and Jose would show up around 8am every day, and work until they had no daylight left to work in. The finished product looks incredible, and we are so grateful for the hard work the men put in to transforming our home. I've attached photos to the review so that you can see the amazing transformation of our home.
