"The technician, Daniel, was here by 930 am and started work by 10. Initially was here for an assessment of repairing my door opener but came that I really needed the old system replaced with a new torsion spring system as replacement parts are not available anymore. We had to call and get approval from my landlord. He was finished before noon and did an awesome job! Daniel was very patient as we contacted my landlord for payment and approval. He was quick, concise and efficient. Job well done and thank you so much!"

He did nothing but look at the rollers, wiggle the roller and push the garage door button to see if the door opener works. When he was done he told me that the roller repair was $608.00 plus tax and would only have a 90 day warranty. If I wanted a better warranty I had to purchase a 1300$ door tune up. He said that they make there own springs is why its so expensive, however when I asked why it was only a 90 day warranty it was because I wouldn’t pay for all the services he wanted to sell me. I paid him his stupid $65.00 inspection fee and asked him to leave and have another company fixing it for 299$ with a 5 year warranty."
