"The springs were replaced but the door was not leveled. Apparently the cables were not tightened to the same length. There was a bigger gap at the left side when the door was fully opened. The door was not fully opened at all. It leaves about 2 inches."

After discussing the broken torsion spring and what it would take to replace it - including me sending pictures, he quoted me a very fair price and said he would be able to come do the repair the next day at 10 AM. Next day at 10 AM, there he was on my doorstep. About 40 minutes later the replacement was complete, including some minor adjustments that were also needed, all included in the original quoted price. The door is now working perfectly. I heartily recommend Steve and his business for any and all garage door installations or service."
