We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. "This was a multiple week process on both the refridgerator and the stove. They had to come out 4 times for the refridgerator - a process of elimination but got it fixed. For the stove, they came out twice - the first replacement control panel was faulty. I was only charged for the original parts and labor. I will say this, Danny is a business owner determined to do the right thing for his customers. He is a very good detective in running down tough problems."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Sam left a message on my voice mail within hours. I didn't return his call till the next day and he was able to come and looked at my washer. He opened the top and back panels and checked all the possible places for leakage including the bottom. Everything checked out ok. But Sam did suck the water with a wet vac from the filter drain and that might have done the trick if I had any clogging material in the drain. Everything seemed to be working when he turned the washer on to test the drain capability. But whatever it was, it works fine now. And he only charged for the discounted service fee for Angie's List member. These guys were awesome and honest. Will definitely use them again for my other appliances."
