From the first phone call, to special ordering the doors we wanted, to the last inch of caulk, these folks were superb! Waited six weeks for them to get to my house but that was just because I was waiting in line for them to get through all their other jobs. It was worth the wait. From the first day to the last they were always punctual and worked throughout the day. They tore down the old screening, roof panels and supports and hauled it all away. Then made small adjustments to the patio and began the new screening and supports, working diligently all the while. In two and a half days from start to finish they were done with a brand new structure over my back porch. A more durable, better looking, and stronger structure I might add. "We needed to have about 10 large windows replaced in a short time frame and they assured us that they would do it, and they did! They sent 2 very hard working capable men to perform the work. One issue was that there was a cracked window among the new ones, and a little surprised that they didn't check on that beforehand. Anyway, they did get a replacement after about 4 or 5 weeks and they worked with our schedule to get the replacement installed at our location. We will hire them again for additional projects."

"First, the representative who came out to give a quote made several suggestions that we had not thought of. We appreciated that he gave us options and let US decide if we wanted to spend a little more or go a more economical route. Second, the communication, before, during and after the install was exceptional. They kept us in the loop and they responded quickly to any calls we made to them. Third, the installation went smoothly and quickly. They had a process and routine that enabled them to do the install with little "waiting around" time. Last, as with any renovation, we discovered a couple of minor problems after the work was done. All our problems were addressed and fixed promptly.
