So it was much less expensive especially since initially I thought the hot water heater may replacement. He was prompt and showed up within an hour. I didn’t know if it was an emergency, especially since I saw water at the base of the tank and we live on the second floor of a condominium complex. I felt he was very fair with his fees, and he gave me an upfront estimate prior to beginning. Finally, he said if it turns out to be the water heater tank instead and the heater needs to be replaced he would give me an adjustment relative to what I had already paid. He ran the wire the whole length of the pipe,at least 300 feet or more. Then pump the pump back in the ground. He installed a gauge on my water tank and made sure we had water before he left.
