"Polite, professional approach. Also very helpful with explaining process, materials and maintenance. Shawn, Pete and the team are upfront and very knowledgeable. They fully explain equipment, installation and financing leaving no surprises. Very satisfied. Also impressed with the great improvement in our water services and improvements to drinking water, laundry, showers and overall water pressure. Definitely will be sharing this company with neighbors and friends."

"I must say this was by far the most professional person I have worked with. My complete master bathroom remodel came out absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend GS Tile to anyone and if I ever need anything else completed, I will not hesitate to contact."

"Company was polite and informative. They were not hired as they don’t do roofing."

"When 3 other companies looked at my AC unit they told me it needs to be replaced. The cost of repairing it would be just about the same because my unit uses R22 freon AC tech's refer to it as liquid gold. Mike came out and said it's getting close to needing replacement but not today with a simple fix. I asked about the R22 cost and he explained it to me that some companies just take advantage of it to sell you a new system. Mike repaired my AC for $3000.00 dollars less then my other lowest quote. Why use Mike Harper AC: Mike is not an hourly employee he is the owner he does the inspection and the work. When he doesn't do the work he goes around and checks what his employees did to make sure what they did meets his standards. In my opinion finding Mike Harper AC was like finding a needle in a hay stack."

"Work was drawn out due to our vacation and several unexpected out-of-state funerals. Communication with CGC office staff was 2.5 (on 5 point scale). A payment schedule - when and how much - should have been explained in advance. The work: removed steel bathtub and tile surround, plumbing relocated, new cement board, fancy tile, new plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors installed. Wallpapered dining room walls had light plaster coat first applied to smooth out existing orange peel texture. Excellent attention to pattern matching. Paper waste was minimized."

"Awesome! Will be hiring for additional work!"

"We had a great experience working with Gift Remodeling LLC! They renovated our entire kitchen (including floors) and also laid tile on our back porch and took care of some other projects around the house. They were very accommodating to any changes we requested, and they completed the project within the agreed time frame. Duniel (the owner) was quick to respond and very friendly. We'll absolutely be using them again for future projects. We recommend 100%"

"tore up sagging floor in bathroom - discovered hot water heater had been replaced approximately 20 years ago and wiring did not meet existing code- obtained for me a certified plumber who gave me a quote and whom replaced the hot water heater. - Randy made sure floor was also safe under the new heater. - will certainly use his services when needed in the future. - Great services for the price.

"We had good experience with him.  He did a wonderful job.  He has always done a good job for us.  It was a good deal for the amount of work that he did.  He has been very prompt and he has done an excellent job every time we had him.  It was a good value.

He has been great.  We will be using him again."
