"It was not an easy job at all, but the patience and clear instructions of Wally C. from Neli Virtual Appliance Repair made it possible, and successful. Experience with tools and mechanical assembly required for my tasks, but Wally thought I could do it and he was right. If I couldn't complete the repair, I would have at least been sure of the diagnosis when I engaged a repair service. Money well spent either way. It's a brave new world!"

"Love them!! Will keep as my appliance service repair. Thank you Giovanni!! Aka Geo. Won't forget you!"

"Mr. Valentin was very friendly and professional. Explained the problem with the ice maker and received a quote for the repair."

"Stuart came out after hours to look at a stand alone freezer we have that was not cooling and food was starting to become unthawed. He was very thorough, spent time explaining to me what the problem was and had the part needed to ensure the problem did not happen again. While at my house, he took the time to look at two other appliances that were having minor issues, took the details needed to order the parts to make them 100% again and will be calling me when the parts arrive. This man truly knows what he is doing. I felt comfortable he was not trying to sell me more than I needed to fix the problem and the price was more than reasonable!"

"Excellent. Polite, personable and a quick response. I have their information and will use them for all my work."

"The electrical was already there. They hooked up everything. They took out the old unit and they put in a new unit. It was just a great experience. We were very happy with the product they installed and have had no problems. It went really well. It took them like a day. I had compared prices with other companies. The lower price and high quality that I got from them and excellent customer service made me grade them A overall. I had no complaints whatsoever. They left the service area clean, I didn't even know they were there. What exceeded my expectations was their customer service. Agent Rolando was really available and proactive about communicating, it exceeded my expectations. The company did the job. They were on time. I have no complaints. Their products, the A/C and heater have worked better than even our brand new unit when we bought the house."

"Excellent service. Professional Plumber who explained everything he was doing. Plumbing problems and towel rack repaired perfectly. Will have this Plumber back in the future should we need help"

"The technician was punctual and knowledgeable. Alamo appliance repair services is an excellent service for appliances. He did not leave until he had resolved the issue which did not take long."
