The company that delivered the toilet was not associated with Aces. But Joanne at Aces handled the rescheduling with no problem. The installation went perfectly and Dave did an excellent job. "After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"After the recent purchase of our new home, there was no shortage of repairs and improvements that needed to be done. The first project was to have carpet removed from our lanai and have ceramic tile installed. Our search for for the best tile installer began and ended with George. He had a great reputation and excellent reviews, so we knew he was our guy. He gave us an estimate in advance, showed up every day on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was completed on time, and because we made change in the size of our tile after his initial estimate, he actually charged us less at the end thank his original quote--the mark of an honest man! Our lanai looks beautiful thanks to George's master craftsmanship. But beyond our impressions of his work, virtually every other person who has come to our house (for plumbing, electrical, roof, etc.) has commented on how nice the tile looks, and several asked for George's contact info because they want to use him on their own homes. We cannot recommend George highly enough!"

"Woke up this morning and the toilette would not flush and the shower/tub was backed up. Called two plumbing services but only one could make it before 2pm and I have work at 3. The guys from Pioneer showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for me while I was finishing up my morning errands thinking they would be late like plumbers in the past. Luis R. and his partner did great work and they answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I googled everything they said on my cell phone. The cost was a little more than I initially thought it would be but they explained that this was because I did not have a clean out. They even waited while I called back another company to make sure they weren't overcharging me for the work and when I told them the other company would do it for 20 bucks less they price matched! Now my toilet and shower are draining fine after they unclogged the drain through the roof vent and all this was done in under an hour so I could still get ready for work on time. Would definitely recommend these guys for you plumbing issues. We are going to use them again to install a main line clean out.
