"I thought it was too much money to spend at that time so I fixed the door myself.  It was a nice experience.  I'm sure that they came out at a reasonable amount of time but I was not in a big rush anyway.  I may have to get the door finely replaced and that's going to be a while to do."

"Everything went very well. I would recommend them very highly. They came out probably late September. There were more additional services I had requested so there was an extra cost but other than that, they performed what they advertised and would do for the $49 or whatever the cost was. They just added some rubber bumpers to make the doors quieter for the up and down motion. They were timely and very prompt. They were there when they said they would be and they were upfront. They would make some recommendations and I took their advice on the door and a couple of things. There were no surprises. The price was good value and they did what they said they would do. I would use them again."

I had a pleasant experience with everyone involved: Angela who scheduled the initial visit and installation, Joe who came out and took the door measurements, Randy and the other installer (sorry, I don't remember his name), and Bill the installation manager who came out to address the lock problem I had with the door.
NOTE: Before installer leaves make sure you can lock & unlock the door with and without the key, and that you can remove the key once the deadbolt is in the locked position. Don't just hold the door open & try it; actually close the door and make sure everything works. This will save you a lot of problems.

He arrived on time to provide me a quote, pointed out several other items that I might want to attend to (which was nice since I hadn't noticed some of the grout had come out in my entry way, since I usually use the side door). 

He worked with me to agree on the scope of the project (I wanted to do some myself), showed up on time, and did a nice job. His rates were reasonable. He did a good job of cleaning up and protecting the work area.

His drywall job was excellent, his finish carpentry was very good along with the painting and tile repair. He has a lot of different skills and if you need someone to do a bit of everything he'd be a good choice. He's very competent in all the types of work I had him do and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him to paint my house, drywall a walk up attic, or tile a floor.

The best part is that he is very responsive, punctual, and easy to work with."
